Service Delivery

The Service Delivery Department, Business As Usual (BAU) Team provide the management of the initial provisioning of services to our partners. The services provisioned through the BAU team range from single PSTN lines through to international MPLS circuits.

A strong relationship with our providers is ensured through regular Service Reviews and continuous feedback through our account management structure. The ongoing relationship with our providers, allows the team to take a proactive stance in service provisioning. We aim to be the single point of contact for customers during the provisioning cycle with regular accurate and timely communication being the key to our ability to deliver services.
