Project Management
At Matrix Communications we have an established Project Management team who will work in partnership with our customers to create and agree a project plan to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the proposed solution. We will lead the virtual team, working with our Matrix Solutions Consultants, Account Managers, and Network Engineering colleagues to ensure all aspects of the solution are captured.
We work to a structured framework, supported by other specialised tools for order issue, tracking and reporting. The assigned Project Manager will work with customers to ensure all project deliverables are captured, and that the scope of the project is agreed and documented. Working with our carriers, we will then ensure circuit orders are placed in a timely manner, and provide ongoing order management and updates throughout the lifecycle of the project. We will manage installation of routing equipment at customer premises, and handover completed networks for ongoing management in our Network Management Centre.
The advantages of the Matrix Communications Project Management system are that our customer's expectations are fully defined and documented from the start of the project. We capture, mitigate and manage risks, and control change.
The appointed Project Manager is driven to ensure that the project is implemented:
- In the agreed timeframe
- To the agreed design and build
- In accordance with the customers requirements and expectations.
