Our carrier independence is fundamental to the service we offer, with this in mind we have a team dedicated to understanding the market place. This team is responsible for bringing new and emerging products into our portfolio and ensures the most appropriate carrier solutions are recommended to our partners.

Once engaged with a carrier it is vital to build a strong business relationship that enables the whole team to understand the carriers' product/services portfolio.

The strength of our relationship with the carriers is of equal importance to the project management, service delivery and support teams, who are able to carry out each of their functions in a more efficient manner because of the depth of knowledge they have on each carriers procedures and SLA's at every stage.
